ConTrak directed hurricane repairs and upgrades to the exterior building façade of this 25,000 square-foot multi-tenant facility. Work consisted of removing existing curtain wall framing and spandrel glazing, adding to existing structural framing and installing a new exterior insulation and finish systems with new roofing and flashing. All construction took place while maintaining and protecting public access to tenant spaces.
