The project included the extension of a main road and all utilities to service Xenos’ 40-acre site and constructing 40,000 square-feet of new building. This two-story structure houses the educational classrooms, and includes administrative offices and an assembly area to be utilized for worship functions.
Twelve months after the beginning of site work operations, the building was ready for occupancy.
