ConTrak to lead Seneca renovation
Dublin, Ohio - Award-winning contractor, ConTrak, has been chosen to lead the renovation of the former Seneca Hotel.
The $12-million project will transform the building located at the corner of East Broad St. and Grant Ave., to create 90 to 100 apartments for college students and young professionals.

The scope of the project, set to begin in May 2005, involves the 10-story tower and a two-story building on the southeast corner of the property - a total of 128,000 square feet of building space. Workers will remove all interior partitions and install new mechanical and electrical systems to create the apartments. Polatnick Zacharjasz Architects L.L.C. designed the project for owner, Campus Apartments. The target completion date is September of 2006.
