ConTrak Oversees Completion of Senior Living Development

ORLANDO, Fla.—Award-winning commercial contractor, ConTrak, recently completed construction management of a 30-unit senior living apartment complex located in Immokalee, Florida.

The 30,000 square foot, two-story development is owned by United Church Homes in Marion, Ohio and boasts scenic surroundings with quaint lifestyle amenities for the active senior.

In the spring of 2007, ConTrak was hired as an owner’s representative to oversee the completion of the project including providing solutions to the problematic conditions it was facing. The project originally broke ground in the fall of 2004 and was slated to finish in the winter of 2005. Unfortunately, during the initial production stages, set-backs arose and the project was put on hold until important problems were resolved.

Within a relatively short amount of time, ConTrak brought the development to completion in October 2007.
