ConTrak Constructing Owens Corning Warehouse

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Award-winning commercial contractor ConTrak announced that it is managing the construction of a corporate warehouse for Owens Corning’s production facility in Newark, Ohio (ZIP Code 43055).

The warehouse will strictly serve as storage space for Owens Corning’s materials and products. The 159,600 square-foot building will feature a metal roof to correspond with its pre-engineered metal structure.

ConTrak is collaborating with CRI Newark LLC on the project. Construction on the warehouse began on December 14, 2006 and the estimated completion date is scheduled for July 8, 2007.
