ConTrak Finishes Construction of Delaware Bank

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Award-winning commercial contractor, ConTrak, recently completed the construction of a new branch office for The Delaware County Bank and Trust located in Powell, Ohio.

The 2,384 square-foot building is located at 7319 Sawmill Parkway. ConTrak collaborated with architect, Meacham & Apel Architects, Inc.; civil engineer, Floyd Browne Group; structural engineer, Jezerinac Geers & Associates, Inc.; and mechanical engineer, Prater Engineering Associates.

The project, which started on October 16, 2007, was finished in April and issued occupancy on April 24, 2008.

ConTrak was also recently awarded a contract to remodel a building in Marysville, Ohio for The Delaware County Bank and Trust. The project is currently pending issuance of the building permit and has an estimated completion of 90 days from the date the permit is issued.
